Open Excel: Launch Microsoft Excel on your computer.

Go to Options: Click on the "File" tab in the ribbon at the top-left corner of the Excel window.

Access Excel Options: In the left-hand menu, click on "Options." This will open the Excel Options dialog box.

Navigate to Customize Ribbon: In the Excel Options dialog box, you'll see various categories on the left side. Click on "Customize Ribbon." This will display options related to the ribbon interface.

Check Developer Tab: On the right-hand side of the Excel Options dialog box, you'll see a list of main tabs under the "Customize the Ribbon" section. Check the box next to "Developer" to enable it.

Click OK: Once you've checked the box next to "Developer," click the "OK" button at the bottom of the Excel Options dialog box.

Developer Tab Now Visible: You should now see the Developer tab added to the ribbon at the top of the Excel window. It's usually located between the "View" and "Add-ins" tabs.
