Clinical features:-

Biochemical & hematological changes

Elevation in hepatic enzyme

Management:-

Anti convulsions (Mgsou)

Carefully assessment of maternal & fetal 

Corticosteroids

CS

Platelet transfusion

Admitted in ICU

Bed Rest

Plasma volume expansion

Antithrombotic

Immune suppressive agents
