Clinical features:-
Nausea

Formation of sub scapular hematoma
Abnormal peripheral means
Biochemical & hematological changes
Elevation in hepatic enzyme
Management:-
Anti convulsions (Mgsou)
Carefully assessment of maternal & fetal
Corticosteroids
CS
Platelet transfusion
Admitted in ICU
Bed Rest
Plasma volume expansion
Antithrombotic
Immune suppressive agents
Either way the teacher or student will get the solution to the problem within 24 hours.
