H - Haemolysis

EL - Elevated Liver Enzyme

LP - Low Platelet count

Etiology:- Complication of PID

Severe pre eclampsia

Mild hypertension & Protein urea

Clinical features:-

Nausea

Vomiting

Epigastric pain

Formation of sub scapular hematoma

Abnormal peripheral means

Biochemical & hematological changes

Elevation in hepatic enzyme

Management:-

Anti convulsions (Mgsou)

Carefully assessment of maternal & fetal 

Corticosteroids

CS

Platelet transfusion

Admitted in ICU

Bed Rest

Plasma volume expansion

Antithrombotic

Immune suppressive agents
